​​For over a decade, I’ve supported people through periods of change, uncertainty and personal growth. My work brings together psychotherapy, creativity and reflective practice, creating warm and supportive spaces where you can slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, gain insight and reconnect with yourself.​

​

I work with people who may be feeling burnt out, disconnected, stuck or unsure of what comes next. You don’t need to consider yourself ‘creative’ or have any previous experience with art. Creativity can simply offer another way of exploring and expressing things that aren’t always easy to put into words.

​

Alongside my therapeutic work, I offer clinical supervision, creative mentoring, workshops and online programmes. I’m particularly interested in the relationship between creativity, our inner worlds and the ways we move through periods of transition and change.

I’m currently studying for a Diploma in Transpersonal Psychology with the British Transpersonal Association, continuing to deepen my interest in creativity, meaning, personal growth and our inner experience.

Professional practice

As a registered art psychotherapist, I work within the HCPC Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and maintain appropriate professional boundaries and standards of practice. I hold professional indemnity insurance, have regular clinical supervision with my own supervisor, and am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), supporting my commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice and the responsible handling of personal information.

Creativity has also been a big part of my life outside of therapy. I love working on art projects, collaborations and bringing creative people together. I founded Patches Market, Malta’s first contemporary crafts market, and I’m the author of three arts and crafts books: Rock Art (2015), Pebble Pets (2018) and All-New Twenty to Make: Rock Art (2024).
